  • What is Club Icon Bangladesh?
    Club Icon Bangladesh is a paid luxury hotel membership programme for Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, offering exclusive dining privileges, complimentary experiences, stay benefits, spa access and member-only lifestyle rewards applicable for one-year. The membership is available in two tiers – Premium and Elite.
  • What is price of the membership?
    Club Icon Bangladesh membership has two tiers – Premium (priced @ BDT 40,000) and Elite (priced @ BDT 65,000). The prices are inclusive of taxes.   • What dates are covered under Black-out dates?
    Benefits are subject to allocation availability and may not be valid on public holidays, holiday eves, special occasions, promotional events, or blackout dates, including Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, National Day and New Year’s Day.
  • What benefits are included in the membership?
    Members enjoy a range of privileges including dining discounts, complimentary buffet experiences, stay benefits, spa access, celebration offers, member-exclusive specials and seasonal lifestyle experiences.

  • What is the validity of the membership?
    The Membership and benefits are valid for 365 days from the date of enrolment. All discounts and vouchers expire at the end of this period.
  • I have not received any Welcome email. How do I activate my membership?

  • How can I join Club Icon Bangladesh?
    You can submit your details through the website on Join Now page and the membership team will assist you with the joining process. Alternatively, you can call +80 1999 9999 or email at helpdesk@clubiconbd.com Saturday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Where can I use my Club Icon Bangladesh membership?
    The membership can be used across participating restaurants, lounges, wellness facilities and hospitality experiences at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay by using credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bangladesh mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), net banking from major Bangladesh banks and direct bank transfer. Corporate cards and international cards (for non-resident Bangladeshis) are accepted.
  • Can membership benefits be used immediately after activation?
    Yes, you can start enjoying the benefits within two hours, once the enrolment and payment process are completed between Saturday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Post 6:30 pm, the benefits will be applicable by 10:00 am the next day. In order to use the benefits, download the Club Icon Bangladesh App and activate your Membership account.
  • How is Club Icon Bangladesh different from IHG One Rewards?
    Club Icon Bangladesh and IHG One Rewards are two separate programmes. Club Icon Bangladesh is a paid membership giving dining, stay, spa and wellness benefits at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport. Whereas, IHG One Rewards is IHG's free global loyalty programme. You cannot combine benefits from both and Club Icon spends do not earn IHG One Rewards points.
  • Can foreigners and expats living in Dhaka join Club Icon Bangladesh?
    Yes, foreigners and expats living in Dhaka can join Club Icon Bangladesh. International credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted, and the membership is valid for 365 days regardless of nationality or residency status. The Club Icon Bangladesh app supports both Android and iOS in English.
  • If there are two members dining together, can both members use their dining discounts and vouchers?
    No, only one membership and discount may be applied per visit. Member and spouse membership discounts cannot be combined.
  • Can spouse member also use member vouchers?
    No, spouse members are entitled to membership discounts only. They can use member vouchers only when the benefit has been gifted to them.
  • Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
    As part of the membership benefit, members get late check-out till 2pm (subject to availability). Check-in is as per standard hotel policy.
  • Is the membership and vouchers transferrable?
    No, the Club Icon Bangladesh membership is not transferrable but membership vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to your loved one directly via the membership app.
  • Can I use my dining discounts for in-room dining and food take-away orders?
    No. Membership dining discounts apply only to dine-in at Hotel’s participating outlets. Take-away orders, in-room dining (room service), minibar and orders placed via third-party delivery platforms are all excluded.
  • Is breakfast included with the Club Icon complimentary room night?
    Yes. Complimentary breakfast for two guests is included with the complimentary room night voucher. Other room bookings include breakfast based on the rate plan you select at booking.
  • Why can't I log in to the app on my new phone?
    For security reasons, the Club Icon Bangladesh app works on only one device. When you change phones, the device lock from your previous phone must first be released. Please call our Member Help Desk Saturday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at +80 1999 9999 or helpdesk@clubiconbd.com.
  • Is there advance reservation required for room benefits?
    Yes, all room benefits require 48-hours prior reservation. Rooms are subject to allocation and availability. Advance reservation via the App or the Member Help Desk is mandatory for all benefits and the intent to use the voucher must be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?
    A member may cancel their membership within seven (7) days of purchase. The refund is only valid if the member has not utilized any discounts / voucher benefits from the membership programme. Any membership benefits or programme misuse will result in suspension or cancellation without refund. Memberships terminated for misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms or behavioural violations are not eligible for any refund. Each individual may hold only one (1) active membership at any time. Duplicate memberships are not permitted and may be cancelled without refund.
  • How can I refer my friends, family or business associates?
    You can refer your loved ones directly from the membership app. Simply tap on 'Refer A Friend' from the membership menu, fill in the details and submit. Our team will reach out to them and explain the benefits of the membership. As a thank you for your referrals, you will be rewarded when they become members:
    • 2 successful referrals – Enjoy a complimentary buffet dinner or brunch for one (1) person
    • 5 successful referrals – Receive a complimentary Elite Tier Membership
  • How do I cancel a room booking?
    Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date by reaching out to our Member Help Desk Saturday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at +80 1999 9999 or helpdesk@clubiconbd.com. No-shows or cancellations / amendments made after this period will result in the voucher being deemed redeemed. The hotel’s standard cancellation, refund and deposit policies shall apply.
  • Do I need the Club Icon app to use my benefits, or can I use the physical card?
    The Club Icon Bangladesh benefits can only be redeemed via the membership app. There is no physical card or website-based redemption. All discounts and vouchers are processed in real time through the app. Keep the app installed on your phone during every visit to Crowne Plaze Dhaka Airport.
  • How do I redeem a discount or voucher in the app?
    Five steps to be followed when at the hotel/outlet : (1) Open the app and go to My Membership (2) Tap either Discounts or Vouchers depending on the benefit you're using (3) Select the specific benefit, read and agree to the terms, tap Redeem (4) Scan the outlet's QR code (5) Show the generated Redemption ID to the hotel team so they can apply it to your bill.
  • What is the difference between Premium and Elite memberships?
    Premium (BDT 40,000) includes 12 vouchers — buffet dinner or brunch for 2, room with breakfast, room upgrade, spa, fitness, pool and a 1kg celebration cake, 30% off meeting venue rental and complimentary spouse membership. Elite (BDT 65,000) includes 16 vouchers — all Premium benefits scaled to families (2 adults + 2 kids), 2 spa treatments, 2 celebration cakes and more.
  • How do I book a complimentary room night with Club Icon Bangladesh?
    All room-night benefits require 48-hour advance reservation made through the Club Icon Bangladesh app. Follow these simple steps to make a reservation: On your membership app, select the 'voucher' and tap on 'Redeem/Gift'; Accept 'terms and conditions' and tap on 'Reserve Room'; Fill in the details in the form and tap on 'Reserve Room'. Once the request is received, our Member Help Desk team will check for availability and get back to you on the status. Rooms are subject to allocation and availability and blackout dates apply. Cancellations or no-shows after 48 hours of the booking date, will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
